Swarali Phadke is an Engineer by profession with a passion for Natural remedies. She was first introduced to the world of herbs in childhood by her mother. With the help of her mother she gained valuable information regarding several herbs and their benefits. She has experienced positive effects of herbs firsthand and has always advocated the use of age old natural remedies. With Megha, who shared similar experiences, it was an easy decision to start Roar to life …. Naturally, that would bring the same benefits to the world.

As the newest member of the ROAR team I came on board over 1.5 years ago. With a degree in Biotechnology and a HUGE passion for marketing & sales, I jumped at the opportunity to work with a company where I could exercise my skills and passion are watch the fruitful outcomes of my efforts. Working with ROAR has been the best experience anyone could have hoped for as I work with a team that’s open to idea, gives us the freedom to experiment & the margin to even make errors (as long as we learn from them). We have seen the potential of each of our products and am well on my way to strategize their growth plans, both short term as well as long term. Ms. Tonia Sengupta is a senior business management professional with more than twenty years of global experience leading two information technology companies in the Washington DC area. She has worked with US Federal Government and Fortune 100 companies around the world delivering Information Technology, Healthcare, Cyber Security and Information Management Solutions. She has two Masters Degrees from University of Michigan in Managed Healthcare and Medical Insurance Fraud.

Lisa A Sullivan serves as agency owner and art director for her freelance business Lisa Sullivan Digital Artist, LLC. She is a talented graphic designer, photographer and illustrator. She has expert knowledge of leading industry standard software such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. As part of the team of several creative services in the pharmaceutical industry, she has collaborated on a broad range of projects that require designing within the constraints of USFDA regulatory requirements. She has been assisting ROAR Naturally in the layout for their labeling of their bottles.
